Government Polytechnic Dhamlawas maintains a robust grievance redressal mechanism.

This system caters to both staff and faculty concerns. The committee comprises the following designated members to ensure impartiality:

• Sh. Vijay Singh, Principal
• Smt. Rachna Yadav, HOD (MLT)
• Sh. Anil Kumar, HOD (ECE)
• Sh. Mukesh Kumar, HOD (App. Sc.)
• Sh. Paramjeet, HOD (Mech.)
• Sh. Ramanand Yadav, Lect (ECE)-cum-Student Counsellor
• 2 Designated Student Nominees from each Dept. (with almost equal weightage to the girl students among them)

• Addressing the issues promptly and effectively.
• Fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Promoting transparency and accountability.
• Resolution of the conflicts reasonably and efficiently.
• Facilitate the open communication channels.
• Ensuring all grievances are heard and considered.
• Upholding the institution’s commitment to justice.
